Kitchen - Before & After:
At times it is hard to believe this is the same kitchen. We dropped a wall to create an office in what had been the kitchen dining area. We added a gas line for this amazing range and created a large island to increase counter space. We added new lighting and new windows for energy efficiency in addition to the custom cabinets, quartz counters, new tile work and lighting.
Family Room - Before & After:
In the family room, we removed the dated paneling and added silver travertine to a huge floor to ceiling fireplace to accentuate this focal point, updated the lighting, built a custom mantel to hide all electronics, and updated the furniture to create a room for the family to spread out and relax.
Kitchen - Before & After:
When we started with this update, the kitchen was dated and barely functional. When we were finished, it gleamed with a bright black and white color scheme and new stainless appliances.
Exterior- Before & After:
This North Loop duplex was given new life with new windows and doors and a happy yellow coat of paint. We added a deck for outdoor living space and converted a window to a door for ease of access to the newly created side yard.
Dining - Before & After:
Refreshing your spaces can bring new life to your home for you and your family and friends to enjoy. In this dining room, we updated the wall color, added an accent of modern wallpaper, replaced the furnishings and updated the lighting. This created a completely new look featuring warm woods and creams, aquas and brushed gold.
Picture Wall - Before & After:
We began this project as the client had just completed a whole house painting project, creating a crisp white canvas. We added new lighting and blue velvet chairs for a pop of color and comfy seating. This large wall created the perfect place to gather and display cherished family memories as the family grows.
Dining - Before & After:
Simple changes like a rug to define the space and deepening the color of the chairs to a rich black can give a dated dining area new life.
